This one is so hard. I mean, don't get me wrong, coffee is ALWAYS on my daily intake list. However, iced green tea (and sweet tea as well) and enhanced water are also on that list. My rule is; for every 8oz of a beverage that isn't water, 8oz of water must be consumed. It has worked well for a while now and it has me drinking more water, and usually I will choose water over anything else (except coffee...there is always coffee, always!).
